In New York State, a process server is required to be licensed in the 5 Boroughs area (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island, and Queens) by the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs. In addition to this license, Brand Process Service is licensed and bonded, and extremely experienced getting documents served quickly. As a small business, we are also much more affordable and intimate. You will always be able to contact your process server directly.
